What You’ll Do (and Why You’ll Love It)

Branding & Marketing Design

 Design impactful and brand-aligned visuals for social media, blog content, email

campaigns, and marketing materials.

 Create polished sales collateral tailored to different industries and regions.

 Develop co-branded partner collateral that aligns with MazeMap’s identity while respecting partner guidelines.

Video & Multimedia Production

 Plan and produce videos showcasing product features, customer success stories, and thought leadership content.

 Capture and edit simple testimonial and brand videos featuring employees, customers, and users.

 Use motion graphics and animations to create engaging explainer content. Web & CMS Design

 Own the visual presentation of MazeMap.com, creating new pages, templates, and layouts in Webflow.

 Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maintain and update CMS content like blogs, case studies, and resource pages.

 Ensure responsive design across devices, optimizing user experience for mobile and desktop.

 Help improve website performance and functionality from a design perspective.

Design Strategy & Consistency

 Ensure visual consistency across all marketing channels and assets — whether it’s a

one-off campaign or part of a broader brand initiative.

 Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to deliver high-

quality, on-brand designs within deadlines.

 Stay up-to-date on design trends and experiment with AI-powered tools to improve

creative output and efficiency.

Who You Are (Our Ideal Teammate)

Must-Have Skills

 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

 Hands-on experience with Webflow, including building new pages, managing CMS content, and ensuring responsive design.

 Strong understanding of visual storytelling, with the ability to translate complex SaaS concepts into engaging visuals.

 Familiarity with AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and production speed.

 Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

 Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting needs and deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

 Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience contributing to web or app design improvements.

 Background working in B2B SaaS or technology companies.

 Familiarity with 3D design, AR/VR concepts, or other emerging design trends.
